When you come to visit us for one of our times of worship, we want you to know that we consider you a special guest, and are always honored that you have joined us. Here is some helpful information for you as you plan to visit us:
We want you to feel comfortable joining us for a time of worship. People at Southwest wear anything from “dress-casual” to “business formal”.
Before worship begins, make sure you check out the bulletin (and visit our Welcome Center for more useful information!) and see what’s going on at Southwest. There are also many other handouts and fliers that can inform you of what’s happening here. We ask that you would please fill out the guest card that is in the pew as you sit down, so that we can answer your questions and let you know what’s happening at Southwest.
After most Sunday morning worship times, we offer a lunch for our guests. We invite you to stay afterwards, enjoy a great meal, and meet some of the families that make up Southwest Church of Christ…you’ll be glad you did!
Families are an important part of the Southwest community, and children are a high priority to us. We offer excellent nursery care, as well as special classes for younger children during our worship times.
Feeling a little lost? Have a question? We have many Ushers with nametags who are there just to help you with those questions, as well as a staffed welcome center to get you just what you need as you visit us.
